Shades of Life

“Shades Of Life” is a short about love, life, and death. It can be seen as a metaphor for people who get stuck in their happy moments and refuse to move on. It is part time animation, showing the mind of the main protagonist (Andreea) as she recalls her main cheerful moments in her life, but always ends up remembering one traumatic event. She tries to move on by covering the unfortunate event with more happy memories, but in the end this fails. The only way she can move past her dark memories is to restore her in the real world, living the bad memory and integrating it into her present. Only then she can move on, and experience real life (good and bad).
It was shot in Baia Mare city, north Transylvania, during 2 days of filming, and over 56 hours of editing.
