Thomas Grond is Head of Young Audiences at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). As such he is responsible for all programme exchanges, co-productions, other editorial services, projects and conferences that are designed to address younger audiences, including children (pre-school and school) on all platforms (radio, television, internet).

Before starting at the EBU Thomas Grond served as head of Children’s Programming at SRF (Swiss Radio and Television) on all platforms, TV, radio and online, following many years as a producer and developer of various programmes and live radio and TV shows, not only for children but also for young audiences.
